Oil Profits and a Little Perspective - 1


Recently the media focused on profits from oil companies and the retirement package for the CEO of Exxon. I have pointed to where the real oil profits are taking place: the OPEC countries. Some time back I was emailed some pictures of the house of the family of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the former president of the United Arab Emirates. In the next few posts I will be posting some of those pictures. This forum may not allow enough clarity on the pictures to get the full effect, but they will give a good idea of the wealth involved.

    This offers enough clarity for me, that being Bushco's middle eastern pals are ALL getting paid at the expense of the Average American. What the hell ever happened to all the Cheap gas we were promised by the Neo Cons if we went to war with Iraq???

    Pally, I think that is safe to assume that this Admin is a failure as all that it has proclaimed has turned out to be wrong or a Lie

    I don't quite remember this promise for cheap gas. I do recall anti-war protesters chanting no blood for cheap oil, but no promises.

    This palacial dwelling was built before Bush's war anyway.

    As for failure, the fat lady hasn't sung yet.

    Come on man, these Bozos made us all the promises under the sun from they knew where the WMDs were and the Oil would pay for the war. Now we find everything was either wrong or a lie with the country Bankrupt and 2,400 and counting dead.

    The poll numbers for Bush and the GOP are in freefall if there was a time to start hacking the code on those shoddy Diebold Voting machines now is the time. If the Dems gain control of the Congress their is gonna be massive investigations and those of us that knew the score about Bush at the get go are gonna rejoice when he is impeached.
