Weather Sucker Punch Every Global Warming Event

It seems these days every time there is a major event on Global Warming, there suddenly is some extreme weather giving the event a sucker punch. I have already predicted that the Climate Change Alarmists are doomed to be a major historical laughingstock, but there is already plenty to keep us laughing. There was the yawning hurricane season last year after the GW crowd blamed Katrina on greenhouse gases. There were the Congressional hearings and other meetings cancelled due to blizzards.

Now the IPCC has released the 2nd of 4 planned reports claiming dire catastrophe around the globe for millions due to warming. Of course this week we have seen stories of such a cold March in Alaska that the frost line is beginning to reach the water pipes 10 feet down. It is the coldest April Easter in Minnesota for the last 57 years. Crops around the US are endangered from the cold. There is snow covering the Cherry blossoms in the east.

Is it coincidence that these timed cold spells keep happening, or is there a sense of humor targeted at scientists who claim to understand the complex weather systems, yet really know so little. Who knows?

And remember the five questions of Global Warming we need to answer before succumbing to Climate Change Alarmism:
1) Has it been proven that Global Warming is actually happening?
2) Has it been proven that Global Warming is caused by man-made greenhouse gases?
3) Has it been proven that Global Warming will cause catastrophic conditions that will result in massive human casualties?
4) Has it been proven that if 1-3 are correct that it is possible for man to prevent #3 by reducing or eliminating their output in greenhouse gases?
5) Just because 2-4 are unproven and likely a crock, does this excuse man's irresponsible polluting of the earth?

Good stuff! Did you hear about the Meterologist/Professor who blasted the Gore camp recently? Wish I could remember his name!

Chad, thanks for visiting. I am sure I heard about the man you refer to. So many have been blasting Gore, it has been hard to keep track of them all.

I think the Global Warming crowd will soon begin to regret making him their champion. His biggest claim to fame is winning the popular vote for the presidency, but losing it constitutionally. If they think his name will be as effective as using the name "Alamo" was, they are sadly mistaken.

Gore is a hypocrite, prone to exaggeration, and likely is a bit crazy. He recently said that Kyoto "as a brand" had been damaged. I think they will soon find that Gore as a brand is also damaged beyond repair.

Who cares about Gore? You do.

Where are all the bees, smart guys? You won't be laughing for long.

Oh but you can live without honey so it doesn't matter does it?

    Wrong.

    Keep chuckling geniuses.

Hey, you're a real tough fundy Lala.

What kind of straw man is that? There isn't even straw there. I make it difficult to post? What are you drinking tonight? Does anything true ever come out of you?

LMAO. I was going to write a post on the bees and that the lefties were going to try to pin it on global warming. One degree higher and all the bees die. That is pretty fragile. Of course, only US bees are subject to global warming, huh?

    LA,

He is not yet posting and answering himself like the last duplicitous commenter we had. Maybe I need to give him time.

Either way, he is now following the Guerilla Blog Tactics blueprint by dumping a bunch of links without making any actual points.

Now I am falsely accused of making it difficult to post here. 100 comments later, it is suddenly difficult to post here?

Oh, another name call to add to the list: "fundy".

I won't presume to speak for you, but my guess is you are not in the fundamentalist camp.

Sigh. You just keep on amazing me with your stupidity and your need to see everything in terms of sides.

What an independent thinker you are.

ahh yes. the name calling broken record again.

So point out to me which sides I was referring to and how you avoided referring to said sides? At this point your comment makes no sense.

Obviously with global warming there are two sides: it is man-made and will result in catastrophe or it is a natural occurrence and may or may not result in catastrophe. Why would there not be sides to this issue and why is it stupid to note that there are sides and I am on one of the sides in my viewpoint?

    You're a pretty good guesser.

Anyone that has read my blogs half as much as you, knows this.

wow, your blog has more heat than global warming.

i wish global warming is true. i am tired with this cold weather. :)

Oh don't mention heat here. It's all a conspiracy theory according to AICS.

If you don't believe exactly as he does then you can only have an "opposite" opinion which he will ascribe to you.

He is not only a genius, but impeccably honest as well. A true free thinker.

Hee hee. Its a real tough kindergarten here.

Why is global warming considered a "lefty" idea? What is the connection? I mean, there doesn't seem to be any kind of profit for anyone to push an anti-climate-change agenda, so what could possibly be in it for them? What could be the ulterior motive?

  • At 10:02 PM, Blogger All_I_Can_Stands said…

    Mojo,

Glad to see you back. GW is not of itself a lefty idea. My observation is that most supporters lean left.

As for motivation there are two:

    1) Lefty's from everywhere tend to hate US capitalism and see GW as a vehicle to harm it. This is extreme and may not apply to very many, but I think some people think this way.

    2) Lefty's love the UN and want to see the US subordinate to the UN. What better way than for the US to agree to global taxation through the UN. The UN and Europe have already had rumblings about GW and carbon taxation.

I've seen a recent poll where nearly 80% of people in the U.S. believe global warming is real. SO obviously there must be a sizable portion of the conservatives who also believe in it--there aren't THAT many liberals in this country. If there were, this country would be in much better shape. ;-)

  • At 9:03 PM, Blogger All_I_Can_Stands said…

    Mojo,

Did you read my 5 questions and go to the link associated with them?

I admitted that the earth has warmed, so I would be in the 80%. Of course I also believe it warmed in the Medieval Warming Period. The other questions are the key.

  • At 12:27 PM, Blogger Mojo_Risin said…

Gee, dude. Next time break up the GW post a little bit... I only have a limited amount of time to read and argue! ;-)

  • At 1:59 PM, Blogger All_I_Can_Stands said…

The lengthy post was designed to be able to refer to instead of re-writing the same stuff again and again.

Global warming is a shell game for the advocates. They hold up known and provable items as proof of unknown and unproven theories. They are not interested in clearing the muddy water, but stirring it up more. This is not the usual tactic of those who are telling the truth.
