ACLU opposition to Alito a bonus

Lefty blog Ostroy Report is reporting that Alito is only the 3rd SCOTUS nominee to be openly opposed by the ACLU. I was curious who the other two horrible nominees were? Apparently, they were Robert Bork and the late William Renquist. With company like that by an organization founded by a communist; an organization more interested in the rights of pedophiles and terrorists than the safety of Americans what better "endorsement" can you get.
